This always makes me feel so much better about things — that Disney went to such lengths to provide its animators with such awesome references because they knew that it would help them be the best they could.  There is no shame in using references, and it often produces the best results.

I can think of few jobs in the world that would be more fun than this. I blew my chance years ago…
